Rowland Bryant Wins His Fight. Watch It Go Down!

On April 21 at the Don Haskins Convention Center in El Paso, Texas, our very own Rowland Bryant from Orlando, FL took on Librado Andrade from Las Vegas, NV. Rowland won the fight by TKO in the third round! We had been watching Rowland train here at Legacy Fitness for this fight over the last month and now YOU can watch the fight yourself!

Welcoming Willie As an Instructor!

We would like to welcome Willie Herring as an instructor for Legacy Fitness! Willie is a pro boxer who has been using our facilities as a training location for a while, and now he has joined the Legacy staff to help deliver the best workouts for our members! Willie is now teaching the Friday 5:30pm class, so come check it out!

Dina - Just the Right Type of Gym for Me

"I have been coming in to Legacy Fitness for about one year. I started out with the boxing classes once a week and now I come in for boxing, kickboxing, and strength training. I have had amazing results and a large increase in strength since training at Legacy. I feel stronger, leaner, and have more energy. I cut my body fat by 8% in just seven weeks. All of the trainers are friendly and make you feel good about yourself. They push you to reach your potential and keep improving on your strength and endurance. Boxing and kickboxing are a great way to switch up your cardio routine. I get bored running on the treadmill so, it was a great way for me to stay motivated and even have some fun. The first class is free to try which is a great way to check out the gym. I came in and was hooked."
