We offer classes in Cardio Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, TRX Suspension Training, Circuit Conditioning, Bootcamp, as well as Personal Training. We also have a full assortment of free weights, machines, bikes, and treadmills to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We would like to welcome Willie Herring as an instructor for Legacy Fitness! Willie is a pro boxer who has been using our facilities as a training location for a while, and now he has joined the Legacy staff to help deliver the best workouts for our members! Willie is now teaching the Friday 5:30pm class, so come check it out!
