We offer classes in Cardio Boxing and Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai, self defense, TRX Training and Circuit Conditioning classes for all ages, as well as Private Training. We also have a fight team, and a full assortment of free weights, machines and treadmills to help you achieve your fitness goals.

  • Body 360

    OUR NEWEST CLASS! Take the intensity to the next level. Combining the best of all we offer - a mix of kickboxing, circuit conditioning, and TRX training, all wrapped up into one. This is a faster pace, calorie burning workout worth sweating for. Get ready for a new ultimate workout!

  • TRX Suspension Training

    TRX Suspension Training is a collection of unique bodyweight exercise movements, distinguished from traditional exercises in that either the user's hands or feet are supported by a single anchor point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. This provides an ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability all at once and across a wide range of resistance. It uses gravity and movement to work a wider range of muscles and at adjustable degrees of difficultly per person.

    This is a unique type of workout, sure to work your muscles in new and effective ways. 

  • Kickboxing

    Come train like a pro athlete. This high energy cardio class will burn about 1,000 calories per hour. A professional instructor will teach you techniques using different kicks and punches that can be practiced on a heavy bag. This non- contact class will define your arms, shoulders, develop lean legs and flat abs.

    The cardio training is both anaerobic and aerobic and will improve your cardio ability significantly. This class consists of a 15 minutes warm up, 30 minutes of kickboxing techniques and ends with 15 minutes of hard core abs. This class is a full body workout strengthening all muscle groups while increasing cardio endurance. All fitness levels welcome. Hand wraps & gloves are required.

     

  • Boxing

    Join us for a true boxer’s workout! Try our Cardio Boxing class. This high energy cardio class that will burn about 1,000 calories per hour. A professional instructor will teach you the technique of different punches that can be practiced on a heavy bag.

    This non- contact class will define your arms, shoulders and flat abs while perfecting the four basic punches. (Jab, Straight, hook and uppercut) All fitness levels welcome. Hand wraps & gloves are required.

     

  • Muay Thai

    Take your skills to the next level with this technique focused training. From beginners to advanced, all are welcome. You will learn punching, kicking , knees, elbows and clinching in the basic class.

    All techniques are performed on the heavy bags and pads. If you are advanced and wish to, we can also engage in sparring.

     

  • Kids Class

    At Legacy Fitness, kids get to workout too! We have specially designed classes for the youngsters that correspond with one of our adult kickboxing classes, allowing the whole family to be at the gym at the same time. These cardio classes are designed for kids ages 6 to 12. Children learn self discipline and gain confidence and self control. Kids can increase their athletic ability, build self esteem, and promote healthy eating and lifestyle habits, all while having fun! 

    These are high energy, fun, non-contact cardio workouts sure to keep your kids entertained.

  • Personal Training

    Fast tract your training. Personalize training with your favorite instructor. Trainers will demonstrate exercises and assist clients to improve their fitness level. Trainers will also provide direction regarding nutrition and lifestyle to reach your goals. Lose weight and inches, increase muscle definition, tone core and abs and improve your overall fitness level. Stop by and meet the staff to get on the "Fast Track". 

  • Conditioning Class

    This class is a combination of strength, agility, flexibility, cross training, aerobic and plyometrics (using your body weight to perform various exercises such as lunges, push-ups, squats and pull-ups). This class will keep you motivated and mentally stimulated.

    Each conditioning class is 1 hour long and promises to “ transform” not “ conform”. All fitness levels encouraged and welcome. Combine with a boxing or kickboxing class to take your training to the next level.
