We offer classes in Cardio Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, TRX Suspension Training, Circuit Conditioning, Bootcamp, as well as Personal Training. We also have a full assortment of free weights, machines, bikes, and treadmills to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Classes / Conditioning Class

This class is a combination of strength, agility, flexibility, cross training ,aerobic and plyometrics (using your body weight to perform various exercises such as lunges, push-ups, squats and pull-ups). This class will keep you motivated and mentally stimulated.

Each conditioning class is 1 hour long and promises to “ transform” not “ conform”. All fitness levels encouraged and welcome. Combine with a boxing or kickboxing class to take your training to the next level.
