Is there any Contact during the cardio classes?

No. The only contact is on a heavy bag or a pad. You will not be hit.

Do I have to have experience?

No. You learn and train at your own pace.

Do I have to be in shape for this?

Is there equipment required?

Yes. Hand wraps and boxing gloves.

What's Cardio Boxing Training?

In this 1hr class you'll punch a heavy bag or a pad sometimes with a partner, as well as other cardio exercises such as running in place, pushups and situps.

What's Cardio Muay Thai Bag Training?

No contact is made with another person. This is similar Cardio Boxing, but a more total body work out. You will punch and kick a heavy bag or pad.

How many times a week is classes offered?

Mon thru Fri at 9:3-1:3 AM, 12-1 PM, 5:3-6:3PM, 6:3-7:3 PM.

What do I wear?

Anything that is comfortable and allows easy movement.

Is there an age limit?

NO! anyone can do this work out. You will find a broad range of ages in the classes from 15 to 75 years old. This is what makes this so unique.
