The Gym and Its Features
As you may have learned from the Home page videos, we are a very unique, high energy gym. Originally, Legacy Fitnes was focused in muay thai and boxing. However, as the gym grew, we expanded our offerings to include not just cardio boxing and cardio kickboxing, but also circuit conditioning, TRX suspension training, combination classes such as Body 360, Bootcamp, personal training, and more. The gym is focused around its class offerings to provide a more effective and engaging workout for its members. We also have great features, including:

Our classes are structured to push you to the right level to get the most out of your workout. With our cardio classes helping you burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour, our instructors are all certified personal trainers and capable of pinpointing exactly what and how much will get you to that level.

Also, as mentioned, each of our instructors are personal trainers, so if you are interested you can train with your favorit instructor! The Trainers will demonstrate exercises, assist clients to improve their fitness, and provide direction regarding nutrition and lifestyle to reach your goals.
